Send editorials or articles pasted into the email or as a text file attachment. Microsoft Word files can be used, however Corel Word Perfect files cannot! They must be saved as Text Files (.txt) first.  Editorials can be faxed, but there will be a charge for typesetting to a text file.

Send ads in PDF with all fonts embedded. DO NOT FAX ADS.  If you are sending a color ad, please create a PDF file, composite CMYK with all fonts embedded.  Keep all layers in tact.  Do not flatten image.  Text must be black or there may be some quality loss.

Black and white ads must be saved as "grayscale" or black channel only composite CMYK with all fonts embedded.  If we have to convert, there may some quality loss and an additional charge.

File formats supported are: Quark, InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. We do not have licenses to the 1000’s of fonts. Please keep that in mind if you need last minute changes.  We may have to use a font that we currently own licenses to.  There will be a charge for designing or changing an ad.

If you are sending a photo, please send as .tif or .eps first, jpeg as a last resort. (We will have to convert it)

If we have to convert any file, there may some quality loss and additional charges.
